Refund policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
- Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
- You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to start a return:

When contacting us, kindly provide the reason for the return along with any supporting proof (e.g., images or videos) for our review. We will assess the situation and, based on that information, decide whether to proceed with the return.
Return Shipping Fees:
The buyer should contact us for return shipping details. Once we understand the nature of the return, we will guide you on the return shipping charges and process.
Damages and Issues:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 5 business days if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. This will help us evaluate the issue and take corrective action.
Non-returnable Items:
Certain items cannot be returned or refunded. These include, but are not limited to:

The item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Exchanges:
Once the return has been processed and inspected, we will allow you to select a product for replacement, based on availability.
Refunds:
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If the return is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
